We confirm what you have asked for and work out whether we need to see the property in person or can price it from what you have told us.

A written price, with what is included and what is not. No pressure attached to it and no expiry games.
Do we need to see it
Sometimes. A straightforward house wash or a gutter clean on a two-story house can usually be priced from a description and a photo. A roof, a multi-story property or anything with access questions gets a site visit, because pricing those off a description is how people end up with a number that changes on the day.
