Roof Cleaning and Power Washing in Waltham, Massachusetts
Our shop is at 217 Calvary Street, so Waltham is home. We work across the whole city, from the triple-deckers and two-families near Moody Street and Bank Square to the single-family neighbourhoods up around Prospect Hill and out toward Piety Corner. The older housing stock here means a lot of original wood trim that has been painted many times over, and a lot of roofs sitting under mature street trees. Both of those change how we approach a job. We are usually able to get to a Waltham property the same week.

We are the crew down the road
There is no drive time to price in on a Waltham job, and no scheduling around a route that starts somewhere else. That is the practical reason we are usually able to get to a Waltham property the same week, and it is why a small repair here is worth doing rather than worth batching.
The trim is the other Waltham-specific thing. A lot of the original wood on these houses has been painted many times over, and a repaint that skips the scrape and the sand on that kind of build fails early. We take it back where it needs taking back.

What we do in Waltham
- Roof Cleaning and Soft Wash Street trees keep a lot of Waltham roofs damp, and the north slopes streak first. Soft wash, not pressure.
- House and Driveway Power Washing Vinyl on the newer builds, painted clapboard on the older ones. Different pressure, same visit.
- Gutter Cleaning and Installation Two-families and triple-deckers with long gutter runs and a lot of leaf load off the street trees.
- Exterior and Interior Painting The multiple-times-painted original trim on the older housing stock is the whole job here.
- Roof Repair and Replacement Licensed for structural work, so a Waltham roof repair does not need a second contractor.
- Siding Repair and Replacement
