We only collect the details you provide in our estimate form to price and schedule your project. We never sell your personal information, period.

What we collect

The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the property address or town, the service you need and an optional message. It also records which page you submitted from, so we know which part of the site brought you in.

We do not ask for payment details through this website. There is no account to create and nothing to log into.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which passes the contents on to us by email. Your submission travels through their systems in order to reach us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

The form also carries a hidden field that catches automated spam. If you are a person filling in the form normally, it does nothing.

Maps

The About and Contact pages embed a Google Map showing our shop. Loading that map means your browser contacts Google, and Google may set cookies or record the request under its own terms. Nothing else on this site loads third-party content.

How long we keep it

We keep your estimate request alongside the job record for as long as we have a working reason to, and we remove it when you ask us to. You do not have to have been a customer to ask.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no analytics cookies and loads no tracking scripts of its own. The only third-party content is the Google Map on the About and Contact pages, described above.

Asking us to delete your details

Call (508) 745-9333 and ask, or use the contact page. Tell us roughly when you got in touch and we will find the record and remove it.
